Material Culture\/Literature<\/strong> involves 14 writers and 14 areas of province of Turin. Each writer lived, for a short period, in one of these areas allotted to him in order to come into contact with community and environment, to understand its local daily life and to get to know the memory of the past collected in the museum. During their residency they took part in a 14 week series of lessons on \u201clandscape writing\u201d at Scuola Holden.
\nThey were asked to write a report of the experience choosing a literary genre of their preference.
