\nREBECCA DE MARCHI[\/vc_column_text][vc_text_separator title=”DESCRIPTION” css=”.vc_custom_1488019503690{margin-bottom: 15px !important;}”][vc_column_text]Eco e Narciso launched in 2004 a project called LAP<\/strong> (Permanent Artistic Laboratory) with local administrators and the community to compare art, local development and transformation of the territory. A workshop opened to all the municipalities located in the province of Turin (315 towns) marked the beginning of LAP project. A wide number of local administrations applied to participate in the project and four have been selected.
